Tooltip position

Hi, another post from me, sorry. I'll make this my last for today!

The position of the tooltips that appear when hovering over programs along the panel changes position, sometime by quite a bit & actually appears above the rectangle of another program. Moving the mouse back & forth along the taskbar the tooltips appear at different positions at at each pass.

Thanks. Sorry, I didn't spot that bug. I think I forgot to search the bugs for the above issue as I spotted it whilst writing the other post (which I had searched the bug site for).

Hopefully it'll get fixed at some point but it isn't a big issue.
