Disable mouse scrolling with right click

Well, I was playing a game, and I noticed that my right click doesn't seem to be working quite right.

I was wondering if there was a way to disable right click vertical scrolling in XFCE?

What exactly do you mean by "right click vertical scrolling? Are you using a mouse or a touchpad? Also what version of Xfce?
