[solved] whisker menu customize

is there a way to remove the categories from the menu and just have one list of all the applications?

Re: [solved] whisker menu customize

Slightly hacky, but:

#whiskermenu-window viewport box { margin: -50px }

...in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css seems to work. You may need to adjust the -50 value until it fully disappears. Also make sure you set the Default Category to "All Applications" in the Behavior tab.

The other option is to use xfce4-appfinder (create a launcher button for it in the panel). It has an option to hide the category tab in it's properties.
