Hello
I am using Xfce 4.16 on Debian Bullseye. I'm using Thunar as my file manager. The background window colour is white which I find a bit bright for me. I would like to change it to an off-white, say, something like #fafada but don't know how to do it in GTK3.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Thank you very much for that thread link. I am wandering what I need to do to change the the path address field colour as I see I'll need to make another entry in the css sheet.
BTW I thought those folder icons looked great; would you mind letting me know the name of that icon set?
I'll post again once I've hopefully had some success.
Thanks again,
Andy

Look at post #20 in that thread - it shows the configuration required. Comments there indicate which elements are targetted.

Vibrancy-colors, I believe.

Thanks! All sorted now; sheer brightness of #ffffff now been subdued to a warmer white #f9f9f9 I am very pleased to say.
Cheers!
