Wasn't there a way to sort entries in Whisker Menu ?

I'd swear I used it not so long ago and that it was as easy as a right click, but I can't put my finger on it. This is assuredly not a big deal, yet I am puzzled and would appreciate a clue.

Re: Wasn't there a way to sort entries in Whisker Menu ?

I see nothing of the sort (pun intended) in the Release Notes for the latest 10 versions, here: https://gottcode.wordpress.com/category … sker-menu/

Plus I don't remember anything like that, sorting how/what? Apps, categories? You can drag and drop in the favorites list, but only there, I think.

Right clicking the Whisker Menu icon you can also go into the menu editor, perhaps that's what you remember?

In MenuLibre you can sort the apps manually, and change categories, tags, etc, but I don't know if that would rearrange them in Whisker Menu or if categories and apps within categories are always sorted alphabetically.

What would you want to achieve?

In the Favorites section you can right-click an item and choose between:

Sort Alphabetically A - Z
Sort Alphabetically Z - A
