How to change the position of each opened windows by dragging

Hi, may I know how to change the placement of the programs that are opened by dragging? For example, Windows (OS) allows the user to drag a program and place it on the left or right. How do i do that in XFCE?

For example: https://imgur.com/a/JDwfoqd

I want to swap the position of Firefox with Discord. I tried to drag it but it didn't do anything, it only shows the icon of the application being dragged but that's pretty much it, the position still stays the same.

In the "Window Buttons" plugin properties, there is a Sorting Order dropdown. Set it to "None, allow drag an drop".
