global appmenu only with full-screen window?

I find no way to do the following but ...:

The windowck plugin replaces the window button only in fullscreen (or more precisely: the settings in the "Window Manager Tweaks" under "Accessibility" let the window bar disappear in fullscreen.)

Can it be done likewise with the global appmenu plugin - meaning the application window menu is also only replaced or not shown in the window itself when the window is in full screen? Or are there other solutions for this?

Doesn't look like it's possible. Here is a request for such functionality on the vala-appmenu bug tracker.
