Primary display and secondary (external) display flicker
In Fedora 34 GNOME and Linux mint 20.2 Cinnamon, primary display (notebook HP 14-ck0023TU) and secondary (external) (SAMSUNG S24F350FHE) display flicker when windows move or there are movement in windows(i.e. browser), but it din't crash.

On the other hand, Xubuntu 21.10 has no problem like that.
What might be the problem?
