"Skip, Replace or Rename"

This isn't just on thunar but any of them, If i'm Copying a million files over to a different folder and it discovers that a file already exists, it asks if I want to Skip, Replace, or Rename the file(s) of course with an "all" option for all 3. The problem is that the entire operation stops until you tell it what it wants to know. Why can't it continue on with the rest of the files until its finished everything and just leave whatever it doesn't know until last whenever I get to it?
