xfce via guix pkg (on centOS)

as no post mentioning guix exist's on this forum (..at least the serch didnt find any!)

on the subject of installing xfce with guix , in this case on centOS

all though genraly .. these instrctions *should* work with any similar sysd init distro (*imho)

and potentualy/hopefully other inits also !
