Hello!

Hi! I'm Sky, a computer programmer from Virginia, and I just switched to XFCE after using GNOME for years. So far I love it, it's so much faster and can do everything I want it to! Anyone else have a positive experience switching to XFCE from another desktop?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

I've been an Xfce user for many years but I agree with the comment about speed and responsiveness. I also like how its built in a modular fashion and can easily be extended if required. It allows you to make of it what you want.
