Super key not being detected

Manjaro XFCE, Minimal install, Open source drivers.

I use my super key for most of my hotkeys including opening up programs. Up until this morning my Super key was working fine however it has unexpectedly stopped working. I have hotkeys set using super through both the xfce keyboard settings and the docklike panel plugin, neither of which work. I did a little bit of research on the subject and installed the program xorg-xev. When running it it it does not detect the super key. I am not absolutely certain that XFCE is the root of this problem but any guidance would be appreciated.

Edit:
I fully reinstalled Manjaro and the problem persists.

Edit 2:
I tried the keyboard on a windows laptop and the super key worked. It continues to fail to be detected on my computer.
