It happened when I used the EndeavourOS, which is equipped with xcfe4.
Every time I put the outer HDMI screen upside or left of the laptop and set the laptop as the primary screen. The setting would not come true and would make the HDMI screen as the primary screen.
I posted it on the EndeavourOS forum and tested with several different Linux versions. And every version which was equipped with xcfe4 has this problem.

I had been always like xcfe4's simplicity and lightweight. But this issue is disturbing me and make me too stressed to concentrate on what I am working on. If you could help me, I would be more than glad!:)
