Make key for desktop zoom different from window resize/move

As the title - can I change the key for zooming which is alt + mousewheel  by default to something else, without changing the mouse resize (alt + right mousebutton + drag) and mouse move window (alt + Left mousebutton + drag) ?

I would like to have zooming on Ctrl, but the window move/resize on Alt.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, all of them look to be hard-coded to one key, which is called easy_key. Some individual apps may provide their own zooming functionality, like Firefox.
