I'm not sure if I should post it here, as the problem I'm having is happening with openbox, and not with Xfce. But since the problem concerns Thunar I thought I could post it here. As the title says, Thunar doesn't show any icon in the right click menu.
This is my gtk3's settings.ini:
[Settings]
gtk-icon-theme-name = Papirus-Dark
gtk-theme-name = Fluent-grey-dark-compact
gtk-font-name = Sans Regular 10
Am I missing some Xfce's package that deals with icons?

Xfce has an option in appearance settings to toggle them. I believe it use's gtk3's gtk-menu-images property. Does adding:
gtk-menu-images = true
...to your settings.ini file (and logging out and back in again) help?
