How do we fix when our browser issuing: "Your clock is behind" on accessing a web site?

I don't know what distro you use, but there should be an app for time and date settings. On Xubuntu, it's appropriately called Time and Date.
Open that up, correct the time or the date, if necessary, then apply the changes. Alternatively, you might wish to set it to configure itself automatically.
