Yeah, there are a few possibilities here.
- themedepot.org, they have an Xfce section
- xfce-goodies project. Not sure how to best manage the separate packages.
- create a new berlios/sf project (xfce-themes.berlios.de?), but that leads to fragmentation.
Maybe it would be a good idea to ask on the xfce mailing list for opinions about this?
Hmm, an xfce-look site might not be a bad idea after all...

I completely re-did Munja Remix and added GNANT as the stock icons...

So it was yours! Very well done.
However, I see little or none innovation in GTK themes lately. Very polished, but always the same things to polish...

I know what you mean! The problem as I see it, is engines or the lack there of. At the moment to make a really different looking theme you need to use the pixmap engine and create all the images (widgets) yr self. But of course doing that adds bloat to the theme and unwanted sluggishness.
I'm really looking forward to the day when people start making theme engines more feature rich and diverse...

Oh one more thing, what is the font called that you're using and where can I get it from? Thanks.

Not sure if this is a problem with the Gnant-XFCE theme or some sort of new bug with the 4.2.1 panel:
I use the icon "gnome-compressed.png" on a panel launcher for the rox archive utility. In the Gnant theme, the icon exists in the /usr/share/gnant/*/mimetypes directories.
The problem is this that 4.2.1 panel does not display this inherited icon, i.e. my icon theme is Gnant-XFCE which inherits gnant.
Can anyone else confirm that the 4.2.1 panel is no longer displaying inherited icons?
(EDIT: Ok i got word from the dev that there was a change --- a fix actually --and a minor correction to Gnant.Xfce/index.theme is required: Change the Inherits=gnant,... to Inherits=GNANT, i.e. all upper case, since the Name= line in the gnant/index.theme is Name=GNANT )

GNANT for Xfce has been updated. If anyone has any requests for new icons, let me know...

Some of the directional icons don't work because of GTK+'s support for other locales (namely, right-to-left ones). The following icons should be named with an '-ltr' suffix and an appropriate -rtl variant provided:
gtk-go-back-ltr
gtk-go-forward-ltr
gtk-goto-first-ltr
gtk-goto-last-ltr
gtk-jump-to-ltr
gtk-media-next-ltr
gtk-media-play-ltr
gtk-media-previous-ltr
gtk-redo-ltr
gtk-revert-to-saved-ltr
gtk-undelete-ltr
gtk-undo-ltr
media-ffwd-ltr
media-next-ltr
media-play-ltr
media-prev-ltr
I just figured this out for my own icon theme only after talking to GTK+'s Owen Taylor. Who knew?! (i.e. Why isn't this stuff documented?!)

unfortunatly w/ the exception of the panel icon, that has to be done by hand.
xfcalendar.png
xfce-sound.png
xfce4-mouse.png
xfce4-panel.png
fce4-session.png
xfce-graphics.png
xfce4-backdrop.png
xfce4-display.png
xfce4-splash.png
xfce4-iconbox.png
xfce4-taskbar.png
xfce4-keyboard.png
xfce4-ui.png
xfce4-keys.png
xfce4-workspaces.png
xfce-printer.png
xfwm4.png
replacing the above icons in "$prefix$/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps" w/ the gant icons of the "same name & size" should do it for you.
you may need to restart xfce to see the change
