[SOLVED] How do I change app's icon tray size?

I know I can do it globally, but I only want to change one. Is there a graphical user interface app for this?

However, GTK Inspector does not work for me, so I am unsure how to identify my app and edit it on gtk.css

EDIT: Never mind, I found a workaround. Navigate to Panel / Panel Preferences -> Items -> Select the 'Status Tray Plugin' ->Edit the currently selected item (next to'remove') -> check 'Arrange items in a single row' and 'Square items'.
