No full screen - small transparent bar in the top of a screen

Hey,

I have strange issue, when I have some window in full screen I have (around 5px) panel with wallpaper like in the screen shot below:

Any idea how to solve this? My menu is on the right side and having (even narrow) panel in the top of screen is annoying.

Thanks for any hint!

PS. I use XFCE 4.16 and NVIDIA GTX 1070.

i don't get a screenshot from the link of that image.  i just get the tiny image.  are you saying that is all you get?  what is your display hardware like?
