[SOLVED] Open programs don't show in the panel

Just recently the open programs no longer show in the panel anymore. Does anyone how I can get it back so they show again?

Re: [SOLVED] Open programs don't show in the panel

Do you have the "Windows Buttons" plugin added to the panel? What does the following return:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -lv

I don't know. Everything was working fine until a dialog box opened when I was closing Firefox. I don't recall what the dialog box said and didn't understand it so I just closed it. After that the open programs wouldn't show in the panel anymore.
xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -lv

Re: [SOLVED] Open programs don't show in the panel

Right-click the panel and Select Panel > Panel Properties. Go to the Items tab and click on the Add button. Select Window Buttons and click Add. Then position it where you want it to be.
