Current Session Priority Settings Not Saving

As title states. I want to set my xfce4-panel to start after xfdesktop.

I'm using the Current Session tab in the Session and Startup program. I change the priorities around, then hit Save Session.

The settings save for and only for the next login or reboot. When opening up the program again after working, I see it goes back to xfce4-panel at priority 25, xfdesktop at priority 35, which I assume to be the defaults.

I'm not sure if this helps troubleshoot, but the box that states something along the lines of "Your session is being saved. If you do not wish to wait, etc..." shows up for only a slim second, forcing me to rapidly click Save Session in order to read the text. Dunno if that's normal behavior, but I thought I should note it.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Re: Current Session Priority Settings Not Saving

Hello and welcome.

I was going to ask what version of Xfce you are running, but I can replicate the problem on my system with the latest release. Probably best to create a bug report to let the developers know.
