FlatPak Desktop File Locations

David Gerard wrote:

I have no problem with editing config files, but I need to know where they are ...

When an app is installed in Ubuntu and the installer adds a menu entry ... where does this menu entry live, as far as Xfce is concerned?

(And do I have to edit it for the whole system, or will editing only for me do the job?)

I have this problem with application installed with FlatPak.  I searched /usr/share/applications/ but it is not there.

Does anyone know where to find them?

Thanks in advance.

Re: FlatPak Desktop File Locations

Try:

env | grep XDG_DATA_DIRS

...the path should be listed there.
