Remove tooltip in application panel
XFCE 4.16
How to remove this tooltip, it's prevent to see information behind tooltip: 
p.s. Moving the mouse pointer isn't a solution.

xfce4-panel 4.17.0 (development release) added an option to hide tooltips on the tasklist:
Prior to that, with GTK3 you could only hide tooltips system-wide.
