facing some problem in xfce desktop environment

I am recently install xfce in my arch linux
but I have facing some problem

1.If I lock or sleep my laptop for some time wifi are automatically going off and it not working
Also full desktop environment is hang
so everytime i need to manually restart my laptop

2.When I am holding key like space,backspace or arrow key
it will working only single by single step
also I am see some of my keys are exchange with other
