[SOLVED] xfce4-panel plugins get theme different from system-theme

xfce4-panel and all its plugins get theme different from system-theme
i have posted problem about replacing xfce4-panel before here , and it is solved by the helpful community here.

but I noticed that xfce4-panel and all its plugins get theme different from system-theme. i discovered that when swatched to light theme, i get all system-theme light, except xfce4-panel and all its plugins window(it's still get the darktheme). i will be grateful to solve that

In the Panel Preferences dialog, on the appearance tab, is a toggle for "Dark mode". Turn that toggle off.

In the Panel Preferences dialog, on the appearance tab, is a toggle for "Dark mode". Turn that toggle off.
