Older apps not respecting dark theme

I am on an Arch-based distro, and some older apps, such as Clementine music player, are not following dark themes.
Is there anything to do?

Clementine is a QT program. The Arch wiki has a page dedicated to getting a uniform look between QT and GTK programs.
