Icon must be manually put in order to show in "application" tab

How, where location can some icon be manually put in order that it shows in "application icons" tab when on launcher creation

and what directory to keep the icon shows up in "uncategorized icons" ?

Icons are stored in /usr/share/icons/ and ~/.local/share/icons.
