Color theme Thunar

Hi,
I'm looking into (finally) changing the color theme in Thunar to some new theme or manually adjusting color settings, which is less tiring and bright for the eyes.
I searched, and there are bits and pieces of helpful advice here and there.
However, which is your best find to change the color theme to something more pleasant?
I'm using Debian/Bullseye/v11.
