How to copy panel configurations without xfce4-panel-profiles

Hello,

I like to copy the panel configuration from another machine's backup, where I did not create a panel profile from.
Which files do I need to synchronize? AFAIK these files are required:

~/.config/xfce4/panel/*
~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml

Yes. But you need to copy it over to the new system while not logged into Xfce and the xfconfd process not running (on some systems if you log out it doesn't kill the xfconfd process).

Why not just use xfce4-panel-profiles? It is best suited to do this without the manual hassle.

Thanks.
Because I don't have access to the machine right now, just the backup.
