4.18 Thunar preview pane size

Can the preview pane size be manually controlled? I found that as I was messing around with sliding the pane divider left and right it kind of got stuck at short and wide. I was wondering if there is a config i can change?

Re: 4.18 Thunar preview pane size

Is this the preview pane in the sidebar or the one in the main view? Try disabling and re-enabling it to see if it resets. If not, can you post a pic/screenshot if it?

the sidebar. I found going from maximized to windowed will reset it, but it would be nice to have some control such as locking down to a max size or something.

I don't believe such a control exists. When you resize the sidebar, the xfconf property last-separator-position is adjusted. In a terminal window, run:

xfconf-query -c thunar -mv

...and play with the sidebar separator to see the change. Not sure if this is helpful or not though.
