Xfce 4.18 default working dir for desktop entries

Hello,

After upgrade to Xfce 4.18 I can see that all desktop entries (placed in $HOME/Desktop/*.desktop) have default working directory in the same (Desktop) directory instead of the user's home directory.

E.g. if I click Xfce Terminal icon on the desktop, then it opens in $HOME/Desktop/. But if I run the terminal from menu (Applications -> System -> Xfce Terminal), then it runs in $HOME (desired).

Is it a bug or any intended change since 4.16? Can I set the working directory globally anywhere for all desktop entries?
