By default, I used to be able to have windows snap to the screen borders by dragging the windows to the edge. I could also drag the window to another workspace by simply moving the mouse a little further at the edge. Now, I seem to be able to achieve only one of these two, but not both. Could someone explain to me how to change my settings to achieve both of these effects?
Thanks.
P.S. I saw this post (https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=8851). While it's similar, I don't think it resolves my issue.

Hello and welcome.
Does running this command enable it again?
xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/wrap_windows -s true

Thanks for your response.
If I do that, then I can drag a window across workspaces, but it no longer tiles at the screen edge. Curiously, if I open the "Window Manager Tweaks" menu from the graphical settings manager, then it reverts. I.e. the window will now tile at the edge, but the wrapping doesn't work. This is without changing any settings, just opening the menu.

Yeah, I see the same. I think when you open the tweaks window it resets the setting somehow. A bug report should be filed for this behaviour and maybe also the fact that wrap_windows can only be enabled via command line.

OK. I'll try to file one later, unless you do it first.
