extending the login Window until after all startup-apps are active?

there is  possible method of extending the login Window until after all startup-listed programs are active, i'm using lightdm with zorin lite16.2(xfce). i'm using ms-edge in the startup, but it take a long time to be active. i want login wait it until ms-edge be active
