Way to alter how panel window buttons drag & drop

Highly doubt that this is an actual setting but in the "window buttons" panel application, you can select setting to be able to drag & drop the window buttons to rearrange them. 
Currently when you drag a window button you have to go beyond 50% of the other window button in order for the window buttons to swap with each other.
My question is, is there any kind of setting that would allow you to set it so that they swap the second one window button enters the other when dragging?
