Categories in whisker menu

Is it possible to widen the Categories section of the Whisker menu, say increase by 20pixels or more?

Try:

#whiskermenu-window .categories {padding-right: 20px}

...in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css and restart the panel.

If it does not work, can you post back your version of whiskermenu as well as a screenshot of it open (to see the layout).
