[SOLVED] Changing the screen resolution

I am using xfce4 4.18 and I have a problem, namely the default screen resolution is 1360x768, and then my xfce session starts normally. But this resolution does not suit me, and when I change it to 1024x768, the session after logging in again does not start, there is only a black screen with a cursor. And it only happens when I disable compiz to switch to xfwm4. And here is my request to xfce4 users to check if you have the same symptoms as me when you change the screen resolution.

Re: [SOLVED] Changing the screen resolution

It turned out that the problem is the latest xf86-video-intel package, downgrading the version solves my problem.
