HI Guys..
I'm running XFCE on a fully up-to-date Arch system & as of recent clipman has randomly started duplicating itself in the panel (see screenshot below). I can use xfce4-panel -r to restart the panel, which fixes the issue temporarily, but the icon will dup itself again after a random period of time. What is causing this to happen & how do I stop it from happening :?
Some things to note..
I have my panel set to always automatically hide.
The clipman icon on the left is the duplicate & cannot be clicked or interacted with.
FℲ on the left is an icon & the right is a workspace name (NOT a duplicate).

What plugins are you using on that panel? Also, see: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/issues/736.

Thanks for the link. Looking at it now. The panel From left to right....
Separator
Whisker Menu
Window Buttons
Status Tray Plugin
PulseAudio Plugin
Clipman
Generic Monitor
Separator
Okay, so that link seems to be exactly the problem. I can't pinpoint when the duplicate icon actually spawns, but I'm guessing it has something to do with my panel resizing whenever I open a bunch of windows and the Window Buttons plugin expands my panel to be longer than it usually is.

Perhaps you can post to that bug report and maybe get it re-opened since you've been able to replicate the issue.
