XFCE switch workspace shortcuts are behaving strange

Hello,
I am using Linux Mint 21.1 with XFCE 4.16 I changed the XFWM's workspace changing shortcuts.
These are my current shortcuts.
XFWMshortcuts

But the problem is whenever I reboot the PC the shortcuts stop working and I have to reset them to make them work again. I am using a Deskbar panel with vertical workspaces.
panel

Example:
The shortcut for switching to workspace 2 is Ctrl+Super+2, I shut down the PC and opened it again. Now the shortcut won't work, I reset it to Ctrl+Super+2 it starts working again.

Re: XFCE switch workspace shortcuts are behaving strange

Maybe a version of this bug? What version of libxfce4ui do you have installed?

Also, is there anything in your ~/.xsession-errors file after a fresh restart? Are you using a special keyboard layout?

Maybe it is. The version of libxfce4ui I am using is:

A lot of keybinding seems failed, do you by any chance have other keybinding other than XFCE based?

If I am getting it right you wanna ask whether I have customized the default XFCE keybindings or not? Yes, I have customized many default XFCE keybindings.

Re: XFCE switch workspace shortcuts are behaving strange

Are you using a special keyboard layout?

Also, can you post back the output of:

journalctl --user -b 0 --no-pager | grep -i xfconf

Re: XFCE switch workspace shortcuts are behaving strange

Sometimes I use the Generic 105 Keyboard layout, sometimes the Dell Keyboard layout which is provided by default in Linux Mint XFCE. The problem is occurring in both.

Here is the output of  "journalctl --user -b 0 --no-pager | grep -i xfconf"

Re: XFCE switch workspace shortcuts are behaving strange

Interesting that you don't get the same error message as the bug reported above, though the symptoms are the same. If it is that bug, it was backported to the libxfce4ui 4.16 tree, but there hasn't been a new release yet - it will be part of libxfce4ui 4.16.2 (when released).

Are you capable of building from source to give it a try?

Though I don't know much about Linux in deep, I can try it with assistance. If you can please guide me, I can build it from the source to try it.

Interesting that you don't get the same error message as the bug reported above, though the symptoms are the same.

What could be wrong, in your opinion?

I'm not that familiar with debian-based package building. Google returned a Mint forum tutorial on building packages, but the mint forums appear to be down right now.

Debian Bullseye is 4.16.0, perhaps it is in backports?
Debian Bookworm to be released in a few days includes 4.18.
