xubuntu xfce notes not included with xfce 4.18

I performed a fresh install of xubuntu 23.04 in 4/23.
xfce-goodies 4.18 does not include xfce notes.
When will a xfce-goodies release be upgraded to iinclude notes.

Probably best to ask the Xubuntu developers (Xfce is upstream from Xubuntu and is not responsible for xubuntu packaging). It does, however, appear to be available as a separate package (xfce4-notes-plugin) that you can install.

sudo apt-get install xfce4-notes-plugin
worked fine
