Hello I have thie odd issue. for illustration I will post some screens,
Currently this is my shortcuts. ]
They all work.. If I click the Reset to Defaults I see the warning are you sure etc...
I click yes when I do that I end up with this
Which is the desired result I need. I click close assuming all my shortcuts are pretty much not there.
But when I open the shortcuts again, here is what I see and they still work
My question is why is the reset to default not sticking.
Thank you ! in advance

My question is why is the reset to default not sticking.
I think that the shortcuts in the last screenshot are the defaults for xfce.
I don't know it 100%, but I think xfce will on reset load this
/etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml
default file from system and replace it with your file in
~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml
The thing is why on reset the GUI display nothing and will not reload and display the default content.
But that is my first idea and clue to that, maybe someone has another Idea what the problem could be.
I will check it later if the reset button works like my description above.
greetings _ka_
