Removing xfce4 application startup list as all disabled

How manually remove item in xfce4 application startup list as all remove choice are grayed even that's made up from a user himself, where is its setting file ?

The reason an item might be greyed out is that you don't have ownership/access rights to the files. If its a user-created entry, check the permissions on the files located at ~/.config/autostart to make sure your user account has ownership of them:

ls -l ~/.config/autostart
