[Solved] Window manager not working properly

Somehow today the desktop is acting weird, the buttons to close, go fullscren and minimise are gone in most applications and they're also stuck and cannot be moved around.

I got a hunch it might be the window manager because it is one of the only settings
not loading properly.

If needed I will provide more information about this.

Nevermind, i have fixed the problem by manually starting up xfwm4, now it works every time.
