File Chooser with bigger thumbnails

I know that the GTK 4 now supports a grid view for the file chooser https://blog.gtk.org/2022/12/15/a-grid- … e-chooser/ - something we wanted for so long. But in XFCE this is not yet implemented despite using GTK 4.10. Is XFCE using GTK3 for that? If so when does it plan to switch to GTK4? Or maybe I am not understanding this right.

Re: File Chooser with bigger thumbnails

Why don't you just change the view to "icons" and then increase the size of the icons?

Yes.

I haven't seen any plans to migrate to GTK4. Doesn't mean it won't, it's just not on any radar that I've seen yet.
