Merging keyboard shortcuts

In order to merge keyboard shortcut settings between different machines:

Are both  Window Manager->Keyboard and Keyboard->Application Shortcuts  going to ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml ?
