Im using xfce 4,18 (GTK v 3.24.37)
None of the window shortcuts are working, e.g.: alt-F9 (minimize), alt-F4 (close) etc.
Plus the function keys have weird bindings:
F3: window cycle
F4; pop-up menu
F6: display settings
etc.
Questions:
1. How to enable window shortcuts?
2. how to disable the weird F-keys bindings?
Thanks

Some things to check:
Settings Manager > Window Manager > Keyboard = check if things are mapped properly
Make sure xfwm4 is running
Make sure your keyboard doesn't have the FN lock on (or off - I don't really understand how that works) - it will be dependent on your laptop.
Feel free to post back:
xfconf-query -c xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts -lv
xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -lv
