If you change the delay time in Screenshot it will give to time to display that window you want to take a picture of and you can do it yourself, no need for two people. That photo is blurry and it's hard to tell what you are referring to. You can right click on the panel, AKA taskbar of what you have open and click close.

I am horrible at using the terminal as I could never learn the command line.

I changed the picture to a screen shot
i wannt to say is :
if opened a lot of windows , in the tool bar, i have to close all the window
for example the thunar window in the picture.
is there any possible to add a close button to the sub window of which located in tool bar, when we click the window, there will pop up a lot of menus like the picture uploaded.

Sorry for my bad English , i really tried my best.

I wouldn't know if that would be possible. Your English is good enough to get you by so I wouldn't worry about it if I was you. I am an natural born American and I am horrible at spelling. I wish someone would come out with a spelling checker that actually works with all words and not with just some words.

Re: a little improvement

How do you get a right click menu like that on XFCE with Thunar?  I don't get any directories history like that on my Xubuntu desktop.  I thought that was a Windows 11 thing only.
