.xsessionrc warning

in .xsessionrc, if startup command has some warning in the background, error message pops up in a window on login.

Are there any ways to dsiable such pop up warning. (Because some of my startup-command sends out warning but they are functional)

compton --backend glx --glx-fshader-win "$(cat $HOME/local/grayscale.glsl)"
