Thunar decrease eye fatigue

Since the beginning of the year 2024, I have been upgrading from thunar 1.6 to 1.8. alway with xfce4.12.

For my GTK3 part I chose to use clearlooks-phenix-7.0.1.
the tab of the tree structure is slightly tinted which reduces fatigue compared to the bright white.
the tabs are highlighted, which gives good visibility.

but every time I change tab there is an animation of the tree that scrolls.
visually it is very tiring on a desktop screen.

I don't blame the GTK3 project which was designed for mobile OS with small screens.

is it possible to disable this animation with thunar 1.8?
