Hello,
I recently upgraded from Debian 11 to Debian 12. Using xfce all is fine.
But when I take screenshots the images now are stored as jpg, while before it would use png.
Is there a way to return to png ?
Thank you
João

Hello and welcome.
When you select "Save screenshot as..." dialog, there is an option in the bottom left to select the extension. Once used, it will be saved as default. The configuration is written to an ~/.config/xfce4/xfce4-screenshooter file.

Hello list, hello ToZ,
Thank you for the indications. I was not able to find the option in the bottom left to select the extension. But I was able to locate the mentioned config file. I adjusted the option last_extension=jpg to last_extension=png and that solved the issue.
Thanks
João
