How to totaly remove the recycle bin for all user

Hello,

I need to remove the recycle bin from the desktop/xfce4 panel. Not only visually from the desktop, but also when deleting a file from the desktop or with Thunar.

I'm looking for xfconf options, if they exist, or other solutions.

Different users are using the same account.  I can't allow a user to think they've deleted a file when that file can be restored from the recycle bin.

I can't modify the file system

You can revoke the write permissions in ~/.local/share/Trash.
